Short version: Use TourMeals for legitimate tour guide meal coordination. Pay for what you use. Don't abuse the service. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.
By creating an account or using TourMeals, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using TourMeals on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
TourMeals provides a web-based tool for tour guides to coordinate meal choices with their passengers. Features vary by subscription tier (Free, Pro, Unlimited). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account, which is used to authenticate your TourMeals access. Notify us immediately at hello@tourmeals.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree not to:
Free tier: One tour credit provided on account creation. No payment required.
Pro credits: Purchased at €15 per tour credit. Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase date. One credit covers one passenger manifest with unlimited attached meals. Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
Unlimited annual: €89 billed annually. Provides unlimited tours and meals for 12 months from purchase date. Renews automatically unless cancelled at least 48 hours before renewal date.
Enterprise: Custom pricing. Governed by a separate agreement.
Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices shown in EUR. VAT may be added depending on your location.
Refunds: Pro credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase if unused. Partial refunds are not available for used credits. Unlimited annual subscriptions are refundable within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, email billing@tourmeals.app.
You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent to collect and process passenger names and meal preferences under applicable data protection law in your jurisdiction. TourMeals provides the technical infrastructure; you are the data controller for passenger data you collect.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. TourMeals is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Our total liability to you in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
TourMeals and its code, design, and brand are owned by Lyrd.io. Your meal data, passenger lists, and venue information remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You may delete your account at any time from the guide dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your cloud-synced data is deleted within 30 days.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Palermo, Sicily.
