Do passengers need an account? +
No. They tap your link, pick their meals, and confirm. No account, no download, no password. Their name pre-fills on return visits.
Does it work without internet? +
Yes. TourMeals is a PWA — install it to your phone's home screen and it works fully offline. All data is saved locally on your device.
What if a passenger can't use their phone? +
The guide dashboard has a manual entry screen. Select the passenger, choose their options, save. Tagged as guide-entered in the database.
Can passengers see each other's choices? +
No. The guest portal shows only the menu and the passenger's own confirmation. Only the PIN-protected guide dashboard shows the full picture.
What counts as one tour credit? +
One passenger list, regardless of how many meals are attached. A 7-day tour with 5 dinners uses one credit. Credits are priced by duration.
How does the supplier order sheet work? +
Once responses are in, tap "Generate supplier order" in the Database tab. A formatted sheet appears instantly — totals per dish, cover count, dietary notes. Copy or export as CSV.
